It’s just one minute! Here is some “blondie logic“ for ya: The voice is a muscle and muscles need exercise. It’s not rocket science.
Plus if you are using or want to use your voice muscles on a professional level then it needs even more exercise.
Just like professional athletes’ muscles do.
Don’t worry though, the voice is a micro-muscle. In comparison to your booty muscle, it doesn’t need hours of exercise.
That means you don’t have to practice for hours and hours each day. Just a little bit goes a looooong way.
